Make A Payment
You can pay your insurance premium online at your convenience using your checking account or your VISA or MasterCard credit card. (Debit cards are accepted if they carry the VISA or MasterCard logo.)
To make your payment, you will need:
- User ID – Your Central Illinois Mutual policy number entered exactly as shown. (Five digits, a dash, and two letters.)
- Password – If you do not have a password or forgot your password, see Request or Reset Password.
- Your billing statement—Shows your policy number, amount due, and date due.
- A check showing your bank routing numbers and your account number,
- Or, the credit card you are using

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please remember that passwords are case sensitive. That is, if your password contains upper case letters, you must enter it that way. If lower case, you must use lower case. If you are having trouble logging in, check to make sure your Caps Lock is not on and try again.
You may request a password to make online payments by filling out the form below. If you have forgotten your password or believe your password has been compromised, you may request a password reset. You must be a named insured on the policy to request a password.
A temporary password will be sent to you. When you first login using the temporary password, please change your password to something unique to you.
For security purposes, please note that passwords are masked on our policy processing system. While we can reset a password, we cannot see your password and we cannot give it to you over the phone.
